In 2011, Dani Steen graduated from cosmetology school.  Her first experience was at a small locally owned nail salon here in Rapid City. She was treated like family and quickly realized she was going to treat any coworkers as family.  She applied at A Perfect 10 Nail & Beauty Bar and was hired at the flagship Omaha location.  After 10 months she was asked to manage the newly opened Rushmore Crossing location.  Six months later, Dani was asked to begin training stylists for the upcoming Remington Pointe location in Sioux Falls.  As A Perfect 10 grew, with each new location, she was asked to conduct training for the new hires and continuing education for the existing stylists on staff.

 

Working closely with the founder of A Perfect 10 she was given creative freedom and the platform to lead the operations side of the business.  Continuing to manage the Rushmore Crossing location and acting as the General Manager of A Perfect 10, Dani has a clear understanding of the expectations of A Perfect 10 clients and the guiding principles that the company was founded on.
